Created by an Australian chef with over 23 years of experience and a deep love for Italian food and culture, this food truck is a reflection of a journey — where tradition meets local produce, and different influences come together in a way that feels fresh, honest, and exciting.
Our menu is inspired by classic Italian cooking, but made for today. Everything is prepared fresh on-site using quality, locally sourced ingredients. From rich, handcrafted pastas to indulgent desserts, gourmet gelato, and refreshing sorbets — every dish is designed to be full of flavour and made to be enjoyed.
Our pasta is locally sourced and cooked fresh, paired with slow-simmered sauces, seasonal produce, and premium ingredients from trusted local suppliers. It’s comfort food, elevated — familiar, yet something a little special.
